Although blatantly selling his book Ken Robinson here has some words of wisdom about recognising people's talents and how responsible coaches can get the best out of their charges, whether it be on the playing field or the music room. I think these comments can equally applied to the younger generation. Some students know what they want to do, have a passion, always have; they are in their "element". Others need guiding and he explores both the situation and what makes the difference.
